Project justification of the aggregate indexes of expenses for environmental restoration in work and service system

The work is executed according to the instructions of the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service.

In case of some damage to the environment, the aggregate indexes for its restoration will represent the reconstruction expenses. The structure of these indexes is distinguished according to the natural components.

Due to different natural features the aggregate indexes of expenses for environment restoration vary across the country. For instance, the land recultivation is twice more expensive in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District than in Moscow region.

The main reconstructions include the aggregate indexes for the following environmental objects: water, air, forests, shrublands and grasslands, hunting animals, rural and endangered species, urban plants and ecosystems.

As a result of this research the project of the assessment of environmental works and services has been developed.
